Information about the use and legal status of this website.
2.The data we process
When you contact us, we process your name, company name, email address, telephone number, the content of your question and technical data needed to prevent misuse. When providing services, we may also need address, Chamber of Commerce, financial, tax, contractual and payment data. We only request data that is appropriate for the purpose of processing.
3.Purposes and legal bases
We use personal data to answer questions, prepare appointments, perform agreements, manage payments and files, comply with legal obligations and secure our website. Depending on the situation, we rely on your request or an agreement, a legal obligation, a legitimate organisational or security interest, or your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future.
4.Contact form and retention period
A contact request is stored securely and passed on to the team handling it. Contact requests that are not followed up are deleted no later than 180 days after receipt. If a client relationship, agreement, dispute or statutory retention obligation arises from the request, relevant data may be retained longer within the associated file and for the applicable period.
5.Recipients and transfers
Data is only accessible to employees who need it. For hosting, database management and email delivery, we use carefully selected service providers with whom appropriate privacy and security arrangements are made. We do not sell or rent personal data. If processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, we use a legally recognised transfer mechanism and appropriate additional safeguards.
6.Cookies and external content
Necessary cookies retain your choice and support security and basic functions. The functional cookie oudshoorn_form_device recognises this browser for 30 minutes after the last form request to limit duplicate submissions. Counters apply separately to each form and vacancy, without an IP-based block; expired counters are removed on a subsequent form check. Analytics, marketing and external-media features are activated only after you choose them. Google Maps is therefore only loaded after consent for external media. After consent for analytics, we measure loading time, responsiveness and visual stability for a proportion of visits. For this internal performance measurement we do not store a name, IP address, browser identifier or persistent visitor ID; those measurements are deleted after no more than 90 days. On the production websites, after consent we also use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure page visits, clicks and received enquiries. Google Analytics may use cookies and pseudonymous identifiers. We do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers or form contents in these events. The corporate and recruitment websites use separate measurement environments. Withdrawing consent stops this measurement and removes the associated first-party measurement cookies. Your consent choice is retained for a maximum of one year and can be changed via “Manage consent” at the bottom of every page.
7.Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. Send your request to office@oudshoornpartners.nl. We may ask for additional information to establish your identity carefully. A request is generally handled within one month.
8.Security and automated decision-making
We use technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The contact form uses input validation, encrypted connections, misuse detection and restricted access, among other measures. We do not make decisions with significant consequences solely on the basis of automated processing.
9.Questions and complaints
Do you have a privacy question or suspect that data is not properly secured? Please contact us at office@oudshoornpartners.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We review this statement whenever our processing, services or legislation changes.
