The role

You lead the Accounting & Reporting team, develop colleagues and take responsibility for the quality and progress of your client portfolio. You review annual accounts and complex reporting issues, manage capacity and assignment budgets, discuss results with clients and improve review processes with the management team and tax and legal specialists.

What you bring

A completed Dutch hbo or university degree in Accountancy, Finance & Control or a similar field. Extensive experience in compilation or reporting, including independent review of annual accounts; leadership and coaching experience, financial-reporting knowledge, commercial awareness and good Dutch and English.

What you can expect

€ 5,200–€ 7,000 gross per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience and independence. A leadership position with influence over the practice, responsibility for client relationships, direct cooperation with management and specialists, and support for technical and leadership development.

Working with AI

AI is a regular part of the work. You critically check sources and results and remain responsible for accuracy, confidentiality and data protection. Senior Associates and Managers also guide colleagues in using AI carefully and effectively.
